Each SaunaLife barrel is constructed using industry-leading 1.65” thick full-length staves, delivering excellent thermal resistance (R-value) and structural integrity. This eco-friendly, chemical-free wood is highly stable and perfectly suited for outdoor environments.
Even sauna showers are built using this material, proving its exceptional durability.
The ERGO Series also features enhanced structural thickness in key comfort areas, with Thermo-Aspen benches and backrests measuring 1.1” thick and 3-1/2” wide, nearly 50% thicker than standard designs.

Installation is designed for simplicity, making it suitable for DIY setup in approximately one day with two people.
