We proudly offer free freight shipping on all orders delivered within the contiguous United States.
To help ensure your sauna arrives safely, all qualifying orders are shipped using professional freight delivery services.

Order Processing
Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Time
Products that are in stock typically leave our warehouse within 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, and the freight carrier's delivery schedule.
Delivery Method
Most sauna orders are delivered via curbside freight service. Before delivery, the freight carrier will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery appointment.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your shipment has been dispatched, we will send a separate email containing your tracking information.
If you have not received tracking details within 6 business days, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Receiving Your Order
Please inspect your shipment carefully at the time of delivery.
- If you notice any visible damage, make sure it is documented on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing.
- Any missing items or concealed shipping damage should be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
