We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping Costs

All orders include free shipping. No minimum purchase is required.

Order Processing and Shipping

Order Processing:
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday.

Shipping Time:
In-stock sauna products usually ship within 3–5 business days. Larger items or made-to-order products may take additional time. You will be notified if there is any delay.

Carriers:
We ship using trusted carriers such as FedEx Ground and freight carriers when required. Large sauna units are typically delivered via curbside freight delivery.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

  • After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to your email address.
  • If tracking details are not received within 6 business days, please contact us using the information below.

Delivery Inspection

  • Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.
  • If there is visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt before signing.
  • Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately.
We will promptly replace any damaged or missing items at no additional cost and provide instructions if a return is required.
