1. Order Processing & Cancellations
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped based on product availability.
If an item is not immediately available, we will notify you with an updated shipping timeline.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement at no charge, provided the item has not shipped.
Cancellations requested after 24 hours are subject to a 3% administrative fee.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.
Refused Deliveries
If a delivery is refused for reasons other than damage or our error, a 20% restocking fee will apply (35% for select brands).
Outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
2. Returns
Eligibility & Condition
Returns must be initiated within 45 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Return Process
Email support@insidesauna.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Items must be securely packaged in their original packaging and clearly marked with the RMA number.
Return shipping instructions will be provided by our support team.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage or our error.
Returns must be shipped using a reputable carrier with tracking and insurance.
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refund Amount
Refunds include the purchase price minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.
Restocking Fees
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
Additional re-boxing fees may apply if original packaging is damaged or missing.
4. Exceptions
Damaged or Defective Products
Items damaged during shipping will be replaced at no additional cost.
For warranty-related issues, we will assist with troubleshooting or replacement when applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Clearance or sale items
- Replacement parts
- Sauna wood products
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are available.
Please contact support@insidesauna.com to coordinate an exchange request.
6. Inspection & Refund Processing
Returned items are inspected within 5–7 business days of receipt.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
