1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:
- Returns must be initiated within 45 days of receiving your order
- Products must be new, unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
- Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted
2. Return Process (RMA Required)
To initiate a return:
- Email: support@insidesauna.com within 45 days of delivery to request an RMA number
- Securely package the item in its original packaging and include your RMA number
- Follow the instructions provided by our support team
3. Return Method & Shipping
Returns are handled by mail.
Free Return Label (Eligible Cases)
A prepaid return label is provided at no cost when the return is due to:
- Damaged or defective products
- Incorrect item received
- Any error caused by us
Customer-Responsible Shipping (Non-Eligible Cases)
If the return is requested for reasons not caused by Inside Sauna, such as:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection
- No longer needed
In these cases:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- A prepaid return label is not provided as free
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for all returns.
4. Restocking Fees
A 20% restocking fee applies to all eligible returned items.
This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
5. Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days
6. Exchanges
We accept exchanges.

7. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Clearance or sale items
- Replacement parts
- Sauna wood products
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
