1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 45 days of receiving your order
  • Products must be new, unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
  • Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted

2. Return Process (RMA Required)

To initiate a return:

  • Email: support@insidesauna.com within 45 days of delivery to request an RMA number
  • Securely package the item in its original packaging and include your RMA number
  • Follow the instructions provided by our support team

3. Return Method & Shipping

Returns are handled by mail.

Free Return Label (Eligible Cases)

A prepaid return label is provided at no cost when the return is due to:

  • Damaged or defective products
  • Incorrect item received
  • Any error caused by us

Customer-Responsible Shipping (Non-Eligible Cases)

If the return is requested for reasons not caused by Inside Sauna, such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection
  • No longer needed

In these cases:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • A prepaid return label is not provided as free

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for all returns.


4. Restocking Fees

A 20% restocking fee applies to all eligible returned items.
This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.


5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days

6. Exchanges

We accept exchanges.

7. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Replacement parts
  • Sauna wood products
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
