The ERGO Series Sauna Barrels feature a 6’5” interior height, providing significantly improved comfort and space. Seating is crafted from knot-free, silky-smooth Grade-A Thermo-Aspen, carefully selected to comfortably accommodate a wide range of body sizes.

Every SaunaLife barrel is built using 1.65” thick full-length staves, providing exceptional structural strength and thermal resistance (R-value). This eco-friendly, chemical-free wood is dimensionally stable and ideal for outdoor environments.

Even the benches and backrests are built for durability, using 1.1” thick, 3-1/2” wide Thermo-Aspen, nearly 50% thicker than standard materials. This ensures long-lasting strength and enhanced bathing comfort.

Despite its clean and simple design, the ERGO-Series is packed with advanced engineering features.

The structure is secured with 1-7/8” wide, 1/8” thick stainless steel barrel bands, ensuring long-term stability and compression strength. A watertight DIY shingle roof kit with integrated side drip edges provides excellent rain protection.

Inside, dual floor drains improve water management efficiency:

• One positioned under the heater for water-tossing use
• One near the door for cold plunge or pool water drainage

These drains ensure proper function even if the barrel shifts slightly out of level.
