The ERGO Series features a generous 6’5” interior height, allowing for improved standing space and enhanced seating ergonomics. Its large diameter enables contoured, form-fitting benches and a deeply arched backrest that provides superior lumbar support.
Premium knot-free Thermo-Aspen seating delivers a smooth, body-conforming surface suitable for most body sizes, ensuring maximum comfort during every sauna session.

Thermo-Spruce lasts up to 2X longer than Cedar wood. Each SaunaLife barrel is constructed using industry-leading 1.65” thick full-length staves, delivering exceptional structural strength and thermal resistance (R-value).
This chemical-free, eco-friendly wood is dimensionally stable and ideal for outdoor sauna environments. Even shower structures can be built from it.
The ERGO Series emphasizes material thickness throughout, including ergonomically crafted benches and backrests made from 1.1” thick, 3-1/2” wide Thermo-Aspen—nearly 50% thicker than most standard designs.

Despite its simple appearance and easy installation process, the ERGO-Series is packed with advanced engineering.
Heavy-duty 1-7/8” wide and 1/8” thick stainless steel barrel bands compress the staves to create a strong, sealed structure. A watertight DIY shingle roof kit with side drip edges ensures reliable rain protection.
Inside, dual floor drains enhance water management—one positioned under the heater for traditional sauna use and another near the door for overflow from cold plunge or pool water. This dual-drain system ensures proper drainage even if the unit shifts slightly out of level.
Illumination – Inside and Out
Lighting enhances both ambiance and visual appeal. The SaunaLife ERGO-Series supports a premium low-voltage, waterproof LED lighting system.
The white LED system is Wi-Fi app-controlled, allowing users to customize ambiance before entering the sauna. It also includes a handheld remote for on/off/dimming control.
The IP67-rated, dotless LED system delivers a smooth, even glow and can be expanded up to four fixtures. Optional upgrades include the E Sconce+ Package for outdoor wall sconces and additional interior lighting, as well as the E MOOD Lighting Package for dynamic color effects.
Beauty – Designed for Outdoor Living
Crafted from high-quality Nordic Spruce, the exterior is dried to a rich golden tone that highlights its natural grain and rustic character.
