When used with an appropriate electric heater and sauna stones (not included), the traditional sauna function can reach temperatures up to 185°F, delivering a classic steam sauna experience. In addition, five Spectrum Plus™ infrared panels provide steady, penetrating warmth for relaxation and post-exercise recovery.
