Order Processing and Shipping

Shipping Time: In-stock items typically ship within 3–7 business days.
Shipping Carriers: We use FedEx Ground and trusted LTL carriers for deliveries.
Delivery Method: All saunas are delivered curbside only. If the carrier cannot unload due to product size, customers must arrange a crane or forklift at their own expense.
