Order Processing & Cancellations
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped based on product availability.
If an item is out of stock or backordered, we will notify you with an updated timeline.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement at no charge, provided the item has not yet shipped.
After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to a 3% administrative fee.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.
Refused Deliveries
Refusing a delivery (for reasons other than shipping damage or an error on our part) may result in shipping charges being deducted from any refund.
Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
This policy ensures that we can continue offering accurate product information and consistent pricing.

Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Products
If your product is damaged during shipping, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us promptly to report damages.
For warranty issues, we will assist with repair or replacement through the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
All products from Dynamic, Sunray, Finnmark and Maxxus.
Custom-made products.
Clearance or sale items.
Replacement parts.
Sauna wood products.
Any used, altered, or damaged items that cannot be resold.
Our team is available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM PST to assist with any issues.
Delivery & Returns
Free Shipping: We proudly offer 100% free shipping on all orders—no hidden fees or exclusions.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Shipping Time: In-stock items typically ship within 3–7 business days via FedEx Ground or trusted LTL carriers.
Delivery Method: All saunas are delivered curbside.
Refunds & Returns
All Sales Final: We do not accept returns on any products, including Golden Designs, Dundalk Leisurecraft, and HUUM.
Order Cancellations: Cancel within 24 hours at no charge (if not yet shipped). After 24 hours, a 3% fee applies. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
Refused Deliveries: Refusing delivery for reasons other than damage or error may result in deductions from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it free of charge. For warranty issues, we’ll assist with repair or replacement through the manufacturer.
