Price Match Terms & Conditions
Our Price Match Guarantee applies under the following conditions:
The competing offer must not involve rebates, coupons, or promotions such as “buy one, get one free.”
The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from the competitor.
The competitor must operate exclusively online (offers from physical retail stores are excluded).
Auction sites, discount marketplaces, and unauthorized sellers are not eligible.
The competitor must be an authorized retailer of the brand/product.

Refunds for approved post-purchase price matches will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Delivery & Returns
Free Shipping: We proudly offer 100% free shipping on all orders—no hidden fees or exclusions.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Shipping Time: In-stock items typically ship within 3–7 business days via FedEx Ground or trusted LTL carriers.
Delivery Method: All saunas are delivered curbside.
Refunds & Returns
All Sales Final: We do not accept returns on any products, including Golden Designs, Dundalk Leisurecraft, and HUUM.
Order Cancellations: Cancel within 24 hours at no charge (if not yet shipped). After 24 hours, a 3% fee applies. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
Refused Deliveries: Refusing delivery for reasons other than damage or error may result in deductions from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it free of charge. For warranty issues, we’ll assist with repair or replacement through the manufacturer.
